Town Board Meetings

The Town Board generally meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
Town Board Work Sessions are held the Monday before the
regular Town Board Meeting at 6:30 pm.

These meetings are open to the public.

*Please note-times and location may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Town Board based on need.

RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR TOWN BOARD MEETINGS
ADOPTED BY TOWN BOARD JANUARY 3, 1980- Amended:6/11/2026

Individuals wishing to speak must sign the sign in sheet providing their name and address.
Speakers will be recognized by the Supervisor in the order in which they signed in.
Speakers shall state their name and briefly explain the purpose of their comment.
Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.
All comments shall be directed to the Supervisor and not to members of the audience. The Supervisor may respond directly or refer the question to the Town Attorney, Town Board member, or other appropriate official. The Town Board is not required to provide an immediate response to any question.
Demonstrations, booing, applause, or any other conduct that disrupts the orderly conduct of the meeting are prohibited.
Each speaker is limited to one (1) question or comment. Additional questions or comments may be heard after all individuals on the sign in sheet have had an opportunity to speak.
The Supervisor may modify or waive these guidelines when necessary to ensure the fair and orderly conduct of the meeting.
